TECCA Core measures how often you actually do the twenty-two behaviors that build influence. Not who you are — what you do. Which means it can change, and you can watch it change.
TECCA measures what you do, coaches you on it from your own data, and measures whether it changed. They stop at the snapshot. We built the loop.
Every behavior lands in a zone — and because TECCA measures frequency, not identity, the zone you're in today is a starting position, never a verdict.
Your responses align most closely with one of eleven named patterns — each with its signature strength, its blind spot, and how it lands on the people around you. Finding yours is free.
The pattern people experience when you’re at your best — drawn from your strongest foundations.
The pattern where your thinnest foundations compound — and the watch-fors and reps to work it.
Example archetypes shown. And if your profile doesn't have a real gap, it says that too — TECCA will never invent a weakness to sound insightful.
Every tier includes a downloadable report — deeper at every step. Paid tiers add a live dashboard that updates every time you retake.
Your composite, all five foundations, all twenty-two behaviors in their zones, and the patterns your results fired. Retake and see exactly what moved — every sitting is kept, so progress is measured, not remembered. How much you see depends on your tier; the sample shows it all.
Open a real one →One real behavior, one real zone — Understanding Verification, in the Communication foundation, at Developing. Three of the six reads every subdomain carries at every zone.
You confirm understanding on the important things, but routine or familiar exchanges tend to move forward unverified. The checking is real and tends to track how high the stakes feel rather than being a default.
Watch for the routine exchanges you let move forward unverified. The small gaps start there.
This week, on one routine exchange, confirm understanding before moving on instead of assuming it.
Illustrative sample, shown at the Developing zone. Your own profile is written from your own responses — twenty-two behaviors, each read in the zone you actually landed in.
Most assessments end the same way. You read something true about yourself, you nod, you feel seen for about a week — and then Tuesday happens and you do the exact thing the report said you do.
Sage is the part that doesn't let that slide. It's a coach that shows up already knowing your twenty-two measured behaviors, works the actual situation you're in this week, and asks you about it next time.
One session is a good conversation. Twelve of them, each one opening on what the last one landed, is how a habit actually moves.
Bring whatever's real. Sage works the behavior inside it — the part that's yours to change — and it will tell you plainly when something belongs with a professional instead.
Ask any AI about leadership and you’ll get a thoughtful answer about leadership. Ask Sage and you get an answer about yours — because it opens already holding your twenty-two measured behaviors, the zone each one sits in, and every session you’ve had with it.
It also can’t browse the web, can’t make up a number that isn’t in your results, and won’t tell you you’re improving because you sound like you are.
$69 is under a quarter of what one hour with a human coach costs — and it's a month of Sage, not one hour of it. A good human coach is worth every cent of $297; Sage isn’t one. What it is: available at 11pm the night before the conversation you’re dreading, and it never forgets what you said last time.
1 2025 ICF Global Coaching Study — average fee for a one-hour session in North America, across all coaching types (global average $234). Executive specialists commonly run $200–$600 an hour. Shown to compare what the alternative costs, not to suggest Sage replaces a human coach.
Sage is an AI coach grounded in your assessment results. It is not a human, not a therapist, and not a substitute for either. It does not diagnose, treat, or counsel, it is not for crisis support, and nothing it produces may be used for hiring, promotion, or pay decisions. The same disclosure appears in the product before your first session.
TECCA 360 asks the people around you — the person you report to, your peers, and the people who report to you — about the behaviors you answered for yourself. The gap between their answers and yours is the report.
Illustrative bars, not real results.
One of your twenty-two behaviors already asks whether who's in the room changes your response. A 360 split by who's answering is the only way to check that against the people who are actually in the room.
Your 360 compares against your own self-assessment. Take yours today and your baseline is waiting the day 360 opens.
Start with your self-assessmentRaters stay anonymous, and a rater group only reports once enough people have answered. A difference between groups shows where people experience you differently — visibility, relationship and context all play a part. It's a map for a conversation, not a verdict.
For anyone who leads, influences, or wants to. Take it on your own, go as deep as you want, and bring it to Sage when you’re ready.

"Twenty-nine years leading people through the hardest days of their careers taught me one thing: when everything's on the line, nobody cares what type you are. They watch what you do. TECCA measures the only thing I ever saw actually move people — behavior, counted honestly."
No. Personality instruments type who you are; TECCA measures how often you do specific observable behaviors. Types feel permanent. Behavior frequencies change — which is the point.
Plan on 30–40 minutes — our estimate until we publish the measured median. It’s 132 items, and your dashboard is ready the moment you finish. Serious measurement takes longer than a quiz; that’s the point.
Say so. TECCA treats "does not occur" as honest information, and if too much of an area is unobserved it shows you a gap instead of inventing a score. Most assessments won’t do that.
Yes — you can retake every 30 days. Your history view shows how each behavior moved between takes. Measured change is the product.
Not yet — the instrument is pre-validation, and we say so plainly. What exists today: a published framework, item development traceable to cited literature, and automated scoring certification on every release. What is designed and not yet run: the validation program, built so each analysis plan is frozen before the data is seen, with results published either way. Until that work is done we say measured, never validated. No assessment should ask for your trust without showing which of the two it has earned.
Your individual results belong to you. They’re never sold, and never used for hiring or personnel decisions. In team programs, only aggregated, de-identified views exist — and only through Elite Leadership Center. Export everything or delete your account from Settings, anytime.
No. TECCA is a behavioral development instrument — not a clinical tool, not therapy, and not for employment selection decisions.
